What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns are available on any unworn shoes within 30 days for US orders only, excluding final sale, clearance items and accessories. Items must have been purchased at full price. Shoe care items, hats, socks and shoe trees are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Returned items that show mild sings of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of Wolf & Shepherd. All returns for a refund will be subjected to a $10 restocking fee. At this time all international orders are considered final sale — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products shipped outside of the US.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! We offer two complimentary exchanges shipping in the U.S within 30 days for all shoes and will not be subjected to a restocking fee. Promotional items including socks, hats, shoe trees, and final sale items are excluded.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Refund?
Most refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt in warehouse, however the time may extend during certain peak times of year.
Are Any Items Final Sale?
Yes. Items will be marked on all product pages next to the price if they are final sale. Items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased during our annual Seconds sale. Shoe care items, socks, hats, and shoe trees are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
What Is Your Product Warranty?
We guarantee our shoes to be free of any manufacturer defects for 365 days. Defective shoes can be replaced within 90 days of delivery and can be repaired within 365 days of delivery. Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials. Slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies are should not be considered a defect. Overuse, water damage, stretching, standard wear and tear, scuffing, accidents or alterations are not considered defects and will not be replaced.
Are International Orders Eligible For Returns Or Exchanges?
At this time, we do not provide complimentary return shipping for International orders. If a client opts to return item(s) at their expense, the order will be refunded or exchanged upon return to our warehouse.
How Long Does An Exchange Take To Process?
Exchange orders are created within 24 hours of scanning your return shipment at the carrier. This excludes weekends and holidays.
