When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 2PM PST M-F generally ship within a business day. Due to high order volumes, order processing times may take 5-7 days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be received by the warehouse on the next business day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do ship internationally for a fee. Customers will be asked to pay for shipping and duties ahead of time. All fees are passed on directly from the courier. Please note, international orders are final sale.

What If My Package Is Lost Or Stolen?

Items that are lost or stolen in-transit will be replaced within 10 business days of expected delivery date after an investigation is opened with our carriers. After a delivery is made, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items. We do not replace items that are stolen after delivery.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

Order must be cancelled then reordered. Please contact us immediately at help@sunnii.com to request cancellation.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer complimentary ground shipping in the US for all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for a fee. All expedited shipping orders must be purchased before 2PM PST. We only ship on business days. Weekend orders will be received by the warehouse on the following business day.
